Accessing the Administration Page
To get started, log into TurfPro and click your name in the top right corner of the screen. From there, select your company name under the Administration section.
For distributors, you’ll first search for the company before selecting it, as outlined in our Distributor Portal training.
Once inside, you’ll land on the Summary tab, which provides a high-level overview of your account.
Administration Summary Overview
The Summary tab is your starting point for understanding your account at a glance. Here, you can view:
- Company address and registration details
- All users associated with the account
- Registered properties
From this page, you can click into individual users or properties for more detailed management. This makes it easy to navigate directly to the information you need.
Managing Your Subscription
The Subscription tab provides full visibility into your account’s subscription details, including:
- Your current plan type
- Expiration date
- Distributor contact information
If you are billed via credit card, you can also manage your subscription directly from this section, giving you full control over your account status.
Updating Company Details
Need to make changes to your organization’s information? The Company Details tab allows you to update:
- Company name
- Address
- Billing contact information
Keeping this information up to date ensures smooth communication and accurate account management.
Managing POGO Devices
The POGOs tab displays all POGO devices registered to your account.
In most cases, you won’t need to manually add or remove devices. New POGOs automatically register when they are connected and synced with the app, making device management seamless and hassle-free.
User Management and Permissions
One of the most important features of the Administration page is the Users tab, where you can manage access across your organization.
Here you can:
- Add new users
- Edit user information
- Assign properties
- Reset emails or passwords
- Remove users when necessary
User Roles
TurfPro offers three main user roles:
- Admin – Full access to manage all aspects of the account
- Tech – Can create and manage assets, view data, and take samples
- Staff – Can view data, view assets, and take samples
When adding a new user, simply assign their role and select which properties they can access.
Guest Users
The Guest Users section allows you to invite external collaborators, such as consultants, vendor representatives, or support staff, into your TurfPro environment.
While similar to regular users, guest users:
- Can be granted specific access permissions
- Cannot have their profile information edited
This makes it easy to collaborate while maintaining control over your account.
Terms and Conditions
The final section includes your account’s Terms and Conditions, along with contact information for support. This ensures you always have access to important legal and support resources when needed.
Conclusion
The Administration page in TurfPro is your command center for managing everything related to your account. From subscriptions and company details to users and POGO devices, everything you need is in one place.
By understanding how to navigate this page, you can keep your account organized, your team aligned, and your data flowing smoothly.
