Unboxing Your POGO

Inside your POGO package, you’ll find:

  • Your POGO device
  • Quick Start Guide with certificate of testing
  • Charging cable and block (EU block for EU customers)
  • Carrying case

Before using your POGO, make sure it is fully charged. Charging takes about four hours from empty, and the battery lasts three to five days with active sampling. You’ll know it’s time to recharge when the low-battery light begins flashing.

Download the TurfPro Mobile App

Next, download the TurfPro Mobile app from the App Store or Google Play, or scan the QR codes included in your Quick Start Guide. The app is your main hub for managing properties, collecting samples, and syncing data with TurfPro Cloud.

Setting Up Your Account

When you first open the app, you’ll need to log in:

  • If your company already manages a TurfPro account, your admin will create a user account for you.
  • If this is your first POGO, you can create a new account by following the instructions in the app or visiting the POGO website to sign up.

After registering, verify your email to log in and start connecting your POGO.

Connecting Your POGO Device

  • Turn on your POGO by holding the power button.
  • Tap the POGO icon in the app and search for your device.
  • Select your POGO to connect.

If your device doesn’t appear, make sure it’s on and powered, or reach out to support via the app’s Question Mark icon.

Adding Your First Property

Once connected, set up your first property:

  1. Tap the Home icon to go to the Property panel.
  2. Press the Plus (+) button to add a property.
  3. Enter property details, including name, year established, address, or use the Guess Address feature.
  4. Save the property, and it’s ready for sampling.
